Make complexity useful.

We find the repetitive work slowing your team down and turn it into workflows that run on their own.

  • Spreadsheets emailed back and forth
  • Copy, paste, into the CRM
  • Leads nobody followed up on
  • Tools that don't talk to each other
  • The same report, every Monday
One workflow that does the work. Mapped with your team. Built to run on its own.

Start small

We don’t start with a six-month build. A working version of your workflow runs in weeks, on your real data, so you see what helps before you spend more.

Weeks, not months. Engine parts we have already proven mean we are not starting from scratch.

Real use, not mockups. Your team works with it on live jobs from the first release, so the feedback is real.

Keep what saves time. We double down on the parts that earn their place and cut the rest.

  1. MVP Weeks 2 to 4

A working version, live on your data.

  2. Learn Weeks 4 to 6

See what your team actually uses.

  3. Grow Ongoing

Expand what works. Drop what doesn’t.

The SolidLogic Engine

Proven parts, assembled to fit.

The Engine is the library of workflow parts we have already built and run in production. Your workflow is assembled from them and adapted to how your team works, so the first version ships in weeks.

  1. 01 Intake

    Email, forms, files, APIs

  2. 02 Clean

    Dedupe, normalise, validate

  3. 03 Enrich

    Look-ups, records, search

  4. 04 Decide

    AI scoring and rules

  5. 05 Hand off

    CRM, inbox, report, alert

Built on the SolidLogic Engine

We run our own products on it.

LeadLume and LeadDesk are live products built on the same Engine we use for client work.

LeadLume website

LeadLume

Real estate agents
Problem
Agents had more prospects than time, and the data to judge them was spread across a dozen sites.
Workflow
Pulls from 20+ sources (MLS, Zillow, public records, census data and more), reasons across them, and scores every prospect.
Result
Agents prioritise with confidence instead of guessing.
LeadDesk website

LeadDesk

Trade contractors
Problem
Contractors lost hours chasing leads that were never going to turn into jobs.
Workflow
Forward a lead email and it is read, researched and given a clear AI verdict in minutes. No new software to learn.
Result
They call the good ones and skip the rest.

How we work

We map how your team works today, then build your workflow on the SolidLogic Engine.

01 Map the mess

We sit with your team and trace where the hours actually go.

02 Ship an MVP

We assemble a first version from SolidLogic Engine parts we have already proven, running on your real data.

03 Grow what works

We measure it, keep what saves time, cut what doesn’t, and expand from there.

Fit check

Are we a good fit?

Good fit if

  • Your team repeats the same steps every week
  • Your data lives in several tools that don’t connect
  • You want something working soon, then improved over time

Probably not if

  • You need a large custom platform specified up front
  • There is no repeatable process to automate yet
  • You are looking for a one-off spreadsheet fix

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

What if we’re not sure what we need yet?

That’s normal, and it’s what the MVP is for. We map the work with you, ship a small first version, and let real use show what is worth building next.

How is pricing worked out?

After the mapping session we scope the MVP as a fixed-price first step, so you know the cost before we start. Ongoing work is agreed once you have seen it running.

Which tools do you work with?

Most things with an API, an inbox, or a spreadsheet: CRMs, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, accounting tools, databases, and the AI models that fit the job.

What about our data?

We use the least access the workflow needs, keep credentials in your accounts where possible, and only send data to AI services that are suitable for it.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The workflow is yours to keep running, change, or take in-house.

How long until something is running?

A first working version usually takes a few weeks, not months, because we build on Engine parts that already exist.
